Welcome to Lightning Ninja Academy LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, registering for classes, or participating in our programs, you (“you,” “your,” “member,” or “participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully, as these terms form a binding agreement between you and Lightning Ninja Academy.

Memberships and Participation

·       Our services include classes, open gym, private sessions, and events open to children through adults.

·       Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register and sign applicable waivers.

·       All participants must comply with facility rules, safety instructions, and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Health and Safety

·       Participation in Ninja-style training involves physical activity and risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

·       You represent that you and/or your child are physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.

·       You authorize us to administer basic first aid and contact emergency medical services if needed.

Liability Waiver

By participating in Lightning Ninja Academy activities, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lightning Ninja Academy, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability for injury, illness, or property loss arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Payments and Billing

·       Membership fees, class registrations, and open gym sessions must be paid in full before participation.

·       Prices are subject to change; current pricing will be listed on our website or at the facility.

·       Refunds are only provided as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

·       Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled classes or sessions to be eligible for makeup or credit, subject to availability.

·       No refunds for missed classes, late cancellations, or unused memberships, except as required by law.

·       Special programs, camps, and events may have unique cancellation terms provided at registration.

Media Release

By entering the facility or participating in classes/events, you consent to photography and video recording. Media may be used by Lightning Ninja Academy for training, marketing, and promotional purposes. Parents/guardians may request in writing that images of their child not be used publicly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, text, and course/training materials, are the property of Lightning Ninja Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Website Use

·       You agree to use our website and online accounts in a lawful manner.

·       You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse membership information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Placer County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date and are effective immediately upon posting.
